What a great evening we had with the best tour guide Elisabetta, she was so kind and friendly, also very knowledgeable about the history and eateries in the area we toured Trastavere. I would highly recommend this tour for the evening for family dinner, fun, drinks and dessert. We had such a great time walking local neighborhood, visiting churches, local stores, restaurants and ending with the best Gelato. We ate everything the town had to offer and it was delicious. From the moment the class began, his professional attitude and generous nature shone through. He created a warm and welcoming environment, patiently guiding us through each step of the process and offering helpful tips along the way. Marco's true passion for cooking is contagious, and he was incredibly generous with his knowledge, sharing valuable insights and techniques that went far beyond what we expected. He made sure everyone felt comfortable and confident in the kitchen, and the result was not only a delicious meal but a truly enriching experience. I highly recommend Marco's cooking class to anyone, regardless of skill level. It's a fantastic way to learn new recipes, have fun, and enjoy a wonderful culinary journey. We attended the In Rome Cooking Class with our two best friends and were transported into an Italian kitchen to learn how to prepare the famous Rome style pizza and true Italian gelato through our amazing and very talented Chef, Marco Passaro. This young, very talented and experienced teacher was incredibly knowledgeable, personable and entertaining. The four of us learned proper techniques and knowledge of all ingredients used in the preparation of our meal. Passaro and his team proved to be exemplary in the delivery of knowledge and technique and we would definitely return to Passaro for additional classes. For us, this was an exceptional experience and look forward to our next visit to Rome and to the In Rome Cooking Class. Grazie Mille to Chef Passaro and team.

A delightful Roman food stroll with our food guide, Mauricio. 7 stops, marvelous conversation and very educational. Mauricio carefully planned a full evening with attention to details so that all we had to do was enjoy tasting traditional Roman food and wine . The evening was at a great casual pace. Would definitely recommend this tour event.
