David was an amazing teacher and helped us not only make an excellent meal, but explained the why behind his choices of ingredients at the market (picking the fresh food) as well as in the kitchen (with different cooking techniques. Definite highlight of our trip.

We had the best time at in Rome cooking class! David was so helpful, kind, and patient. We have 3 young kids and he was able to keep their attention and focused on the task at hand.
