Culinary Experiences and Cooking Classes in Rome

We took a cooking class with Alessandro today—my husband and I plus our three kids (16, 13, and 11)—and it was an absolute hit! We were joined by one other guest and spent three wonderful hours learning and cooking together in a calm, air-conditioned space (a perfect escape from the heat wave!). Alessandro was welcoming, knowledgeable, and great with both adults and kids. We made cacio e pepe, amatriciana, and homemade gelato (coffee and Nutella was the crowd favourite). Highly recommend this experience—fun, delicious, and memorable. Fingers crossed our cacio e pepe and gelato turn out just as good at home!

Attended a pizza making class this morning with six other friends and we all had a fantastic time! My husband who claims he cannot cook and should never be allowed in a kitchen can actually cook! Giulio, our instructor, was AMAZING and made it so much fun with his humor and skill on cooking and flavors. PLUS he loves 90s rock which was playing in the background. A must do experience and ask for Giulio!

This experience is an absolute highlight of our tour of Rome. Julio was an engaging teacher and the end result made for the tastiest of lunches before heading out to see the Sistine Chapel.

We took part in a pasta and tiramisu workshop – and it was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was warm, fun, and full of good vibes. We met new people, laughed, enjoyed every moment, and learned how to make delicious Italian dishes. The chef, Cristina, was truly wonderful – funny, professional, patient, and full of infectious energy. She made the whole experience feel special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun, tasty, and enriching experience! 💛🍝🍷
