The chef instructor was very kind and patient to show us all of the techniques. The kitchen was spotless and equipped with large cooking counter. We arrived and they prepared a welcome snack with bruschetta add eggplant which was delicious we were offered wine drinks. The olive oil was delicious. The gelato and pizza that we made was very delicious. We were able to enjoy what we made and the host made us feel so welcomed.

From the very start, she made us feel like old friends as we walked through a local market together, handpicking the freshest ingredients—from vibrant produce to figs that tasted like candy. Back in the kitchen, she guided us with warmth, skill, and passion. Together we prepared a true Roman feast: handmade pasta stuffed with ricotta and mascarpone in a rich red sauce, perfectly seasoned meatballs (a highlight for my wife, Sandy), saltimbocca alla Romana (a personal favorite), a fresh salad topped with figs, and to finish, a decadent tiramisu. Every step was hands-on, and she balanced teaching us techniques with making the whole experience feel fun and relaxed. The food was absolutely delicious, but what really made the day special was Christiana herself—her knowledge, her patience, her humor, and the way she shared the heart of Roman cooking with us. Giulio was amazing. He was very informational and was intentional with making sure we learned as we cooked so we can make these recipe’s just as good at home! The atmosphere was very comfortable and welcoming and the food was delicious. Definitely a must try if you are looking for a fun night out and some great food.
