Culinary Experiences and Cooking Classes in Rome

David was an amazing teacher and helped us not only make an excellent meal, but explained the why behind his choices of ingredients at the market (picking the fresh food) as well as in the kitchen (with different cooking techniques. Definite highlight of our trip.

We took this tour the day we landed in Rome. We have taken precious food tours and wanted to do the same in Rome. Tiziana was our tour guide for the evening stroll. She was excellent combining local history, recommendations for local cuisine, and customs locals partake in. We started out with apertivos and drinks. Next we headed to taste some local pizza. Afterwards, we headed to dinner at a local restaurant and tried two different pasta dishes with wine. Excellent flavor and freshness of the ingredients. We then walked to a local spot to try some cheeses and wine with more history. We had a short walk to taste deep fried breaded Italian noodles and then suppli. Both were excellent but we were already very full. Lastly, we ended the tour with go course, gelato. The gelato was excellent cause of the the freshness of the ingredients. Thank you to Tiziana for her fun attitude and wealth of information making our tour one to remember.

He created a warm and welcoming environment, patiently guiding us through each step of the process and offering helpful tips along the way. Marco's true passion for cooking is contagious, and he was incredibly generous with his knowledge, sharing valuable insights and techniques that went far beyond what we expected. He made sure everyone felt comfortable and confident in the kitchen, and the result was not only a delicious meal but a truly enriching experience. I highly recommend Marco's cooking class to anyone, regardless of skill level. It's a fantastic way to learn new recipes, have fun, and enjoy a wonderful culinary journey. This was a great experience. I've always dreamed of taking a cooking class in Italy. David was so patient with all of our questions and requests. He even took the time to explain the pros and cons of all the items we selected in the market. Each food course was super tasty. Who knew veal could taste thos good? I would recommend this as a group or even a private romantic class.
