Back in the kitchen, she guided us with warmth, skill, and passion. Together we prepared a true Roman feast: handmade pasta stuffed with ricotta and mascarpone in a rich red sauce, perfectly seasoned meatballs (a highlight for my wife, Sandy), saltimbocca alla Romana (a personal favorite), a fresh salad topped with figs, and to finish, a decadent tiramisu. Every step was hands-on, and she balanced teaching us techniques with making the whole experience feel fun and relaxed. The food was absolutely delicious, but what really made the day special was Christiana herself—her knowledge, her patience, her humor, and the way she shared the heart of Roman cooking with us. We had the best time learning how to make tiramisu and pasta with Chef Giulio! He was so knowledgeable and made the entire experience fun and enjoyable. We will be back to learn how to make pizza. Thank you, Giulio!!

What a fantastic class! We did the shared Pizza & Gelato lesson. This was one of our favorite things we did in Italy! We did it with our children (4 and 7 years of age). We also ended up paired with another lovely family with children of the same age. It was such a fun evening! The instructor was great, he encouraged the kids to do everything on their own. There was so much fun and laughter. Everything was perfectly organized. The food turned out to be fantastic. We can't wait to recreate the recipes now that we're back home! We did this on our last night in Rome and it was a perfect ending to our trip.

Such an amazing experience with David. Started with shopping in the market where he provided options and explained the food choices. Easy walk to the cooking school which was wonderful inside. Step by step he guided but let us take the reins in the cooking process. The staff beyond David were professional, friendly and approachable! The end result was an amazing meal that we felt confident that we could reproduce at home. I can’t recommend this experience enough.
