Culinary Experiences and Cooking Classes in Rome

I got to experience firsthand how to make my favourite Roman sauces: cacio Pepe, carbonara, amatriciana and an extra aglio olio. We also made the pastas: spaghetti, fettuccini and strozzopreti 😳. Giulio our chef was knowledgeable, passionate and entertaining. The kitchen was excellent. It was great. I’m going back next time for pizza. Oh. I almost forgot. We made the best tiramisu ever!

What a spectacular class! Cristiana was such a wonderful teacher with a great sense of humor and patience. Really enjoyed her teaching us while also lending a helping hand when it was needed. So happy we booked with InRome cooking, highly recommend.

We booked this tour through our hotel. It was the highlight of our trip. Nonna and nonne taught us how to make almond biscotti, gnocchi, meatballs and red sauce. There was a pizza making class available as well. The chefs were excellent. I learned new techniques. The location was gorgeous. Best of all we got to eat what we made. I highly recommend this for groups, families and people of all ages!!

Maurizio is a treasure. He is knowledgeable, personable, and just fun to be with. We had a wonderful night and it feels like he customized the tour just for us. Chin! Chin!

We celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary taking part in this wonderful cooking class experience! Our chef, Marco, met us in Campo de’ Fiori market where we bought the fresh ingredients to make our most delicious lunch! We made gelato, eggplant Parmesan, fresh spaghetti with carbonara sauce and chicken cacciatore! One of the best meals we have had so far and Marco was a wonderful chef to spend our anniversary with!
