Such an amazing experience with David. Started with shopping in the market where he provided options and explained the food choices. Easy walk to the cooking school which was wonderful inside. Step by step he guided but let us take the reins in the cooking process. The staff beyond David were professional, friendly and approachable! The end result was an amazing meal that we felt confident that we could reproduce at home. I can’t recommend this experience enough.

Perfect cooking experience! This was our very first cooking class and we absolutely loved it. Marco and his team were professional, funny, welcoming, and incredibly informative. Delicious food and guidance and selections, with friendly, professional and knowledgeable expertise! Luca guided us through Roman pizza, suppli, charcuterie, a pasta dinner and finally gelato to complete the tour. He was a pleasure to spend an evening with - and we now consider him a friend. Delicious food and beer and wine and company made for an excellent evening in Rome. Grazie Mille, Luca!!! We hope to see you again.
