Pizza Masterclass | Shared
Our hands-on shared pizza masterclass takes place in Rome’s historic center, either at our flagship 17th century palazzo just around the corner from Piazza Navona or in our sleek and stylish new cooking school a stone’s throw from the Pantheon.
Master the art of making your own delicious pizza dough
Stepping through the doors of one of our two esteemed cooking schools, you’ll be greeted with a prosecco and antipasti reception. We want you to feel completely chilled out before we turn up the heat in the kitchen as we start rolling out our home-made dough.
Under the expert guidance of your professional English-speaking pizzaiolo (pizza maestro), you’ll be initiated into the secret art of creating the perfect Roman-style pizza, starting with the dough.
Top off your pizza with fresh, seasonal ingredients
After creating, kneading, and rolling out the dough, you get to choose the toppings. We only use the finest, freshest ingredients for you to adorn and decorate your pizzas. What we source from the market depends on the season, so you can create an authentic pizza that reflects the time of year.
So whether you’re seeking out a salty selection of salami, a handful of earthy mushrooms, or even some fruity figs or prosciutto, we’ve got it all. After adding your toppings, pop your pizza in the oven and enjoy that fresh, bready smell as it quickly bakes.
Linger over an indulgent meal at the end of your pizza masterclass
What better way to finish your shared pizza masterclass than by sitting back and dining on your culinary creations? Forge enduring foodie friendships as you gather around the Italian tavola (dining table) and gorge yourselves into hibernation right in the heart of the Eternal City.

I enjoy cooking, baking, etc so learning to make authentic Roman style pizza and a simple recipe for gelato is a skill I can take home! Our chef/instructor, Marco, was enthusiastic and his experience shown through as he explained what and why following the recipes was important. The kitchen space was well equipped and the dining space magical. Next time we’re in Rome (yes we tossed coins in the Trevi Fountain) we will take another course from his organization. read less

The customer service was excellent in terms of efficiency and results. They helped with restaurant reservations, and securing the booking snd making the payment easy and painless. Our guide L’aura was simply the best. The fact we were visiting the Jewish Quarter on Shabbat was very special. She brought the history of the Jewish neighborhood to life, reliving even the horrors of the war. The visit to the synagogues was amazing, the interiors breathtaking. It was certainly the highlight of this visit to Rome. read less
