Cooking Experience

Awesome class!! We had so much fun and learned so much! The food was amazing!! John Luca was a great instructor!

We celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary taking part in this wonderful cooking class experience! Our chef, Marco, met us in Campo de’ Fiori market where we bought the fresh ingredients to make our most delicious lunch! We made gelato, eggplant Parmesan, fresh spaghetti with carbonara sauce and chicken cacciatore! One of the best meals we have had so far and Marco was a wonderful chef to spend our anniversary with! Highly, Highly recommend this experience!

We had such a wonderful mother-daughter experience with Cristiana and Isaac! Christina was warm, patient, and incredibly kind, and Isaac was fantastic, especially helping us with some Spanish translations. We learned how to make fresh pizza and gelato from scratch, had so much fun, and everything was delicious! The complimentary drinks and appetizers were also a lovely touch. It was much more than a cooking class, it became a very special memory from our trip to Rome. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. A true 10/10 experience that we would absolutely recommend! We had the very best time! Marco was fun, informative, and very accommodating to us! One of the members of our group said this was her “favorite part of the whole trip!” We could not encourage this class more and you will be SO amazed at how delicious the pizza and gelato you make is!
