A delightful Roman food stroll with our food guide, Mauricio. 7 stops, marvelous conversation and very educational. Mauricio carefully planned a full evening with attention to details so that all we had to do was enjoy tasting traditional Roman food and wine . The evening was at a great casual pace. Would definitely recommend this tour event.

Fun pasta making class!
We loved our morning with Chef making three different kinds of pasta and sauces from scratch. And, of course, the best was eating them!

Highlight of our trip
Christiana was fantastic! She was warm, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience fun and authentic. We learned how to make real Italian pizza from scratch and the creamiest gelato, both delicious! The class was perfectly paced, hands-on, and filled with laughter. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Rome, a highlight of our trip!

One to remember
We took this tour the day we landed in Rome. We have taken precious food tours and wanted to do the same in Rome.
Tiziana was our tour guide for the evening stroll. She was excellent combining local history, recommendations for local cuisine, and customs locals partake in.
We started out with apertivos and drinks. Next we headed to taste some local pizza. Afterwards, we headed to dinner at a local restaurant and tried two different pasta dishes with wine. Excellent flavor and freshness of the ingredients.
We then walked to a local spot to try some cheeses and wine with more history.
We had a short walk to taste deep fried breaded Italian noodles and then suppli. Both were excellent but we were already very full.
Lastly, we ended the tour with go course, gelato.
The gelato was excellent cause of the the freshness of the ingredients.
Thank you to Tiziana for her fun attitude and wealth of information making our tour one to remember.

Most Wonderful Time
We had the most wonderful tour tonight with Tiziana! She took us all around the Trastevere area, telling us about the history of the area and the food specialities. She taught us how to know if a pizza shop is authentic or for tourists, what the Roman special pasta dishes are, and answered all of our questions about the Italian food culture and way of life. All while stopping at wonderful authentic restaurants to eat delicious food! She took time to get to know us and took such a personal interest in all of us. You can tell she loves her city, and she loves authentic Italian food and experiences. She was a wonderful tour guide, taking us to places we never would have found on our own, and letting us try so many different foods and flavors. When the night was over we felt we had just spent an evening with a friend in Rome. Thank you Tiziana!
