Michaela was an excellent Chef and teacher. We enjoyed the pasta making class where we made cacio de pepe, carbonara and amarticiana. It was all delicious 🤤 highly recommend! I look forward to trying to make this at home.

We had the best time at in Rome cooking class! David was so helpful, kind, and patient. We have 3 young kids and he was able to keep their attention and focused on the task at hand. We highly recommend this experience. It was fabulous for parents and kids. We learned a lot and enjoyed eating our culinary masterpieces. Grazie!

Julio was a splendid instructor!
Julio was a splendid instructor, he gave clear directions and was patient if our group needed further clarification. He was also very funny! The pasta and tiramisu we made were tasty and this class was an excellent way to escape the heat while in Rome. Thanks for such a wonderful experience!
