Cooking Classes

Excellent experience and great way to end our time in Italy. We made tiramisu, fettuccine, and ravioli. I’m definitely not a cook, but found it one of the highlights of our trip. Instructor Gianluca is a great teacher, funny, and creates an excellent atmosphere. The kitchen was inspiring and the food and wine we made was great. Looking forward to trying the recipes at home.

We attended the In Rome Cooking Class with our two best friends and were transported into an Italian kitchen to learn how to prepare the famous Rome style pizza and true Italian gelato through our amazing and very talented Chef, Marco Passaro. This young, very talented and experienced teacher was incredibly knowledgeable, personable and entertaining. The four of us learned proper techniques and knowledge of all ingredients used in the preparation of our meal. Passaro and his team proved to be exemplary in the delivery of knowledge and technique and we would definitely return to Passaro for additional classes. For us, this was an exceptional experience and look forward to our next visit to Rome and to the In Rome Cooking Class. Grazie Mille to Chef Passaro and team.

Marco was our chef, and this was AMAZING! So patient and kind and fun with the kiddos and an incredible chef. Also the best pizza and gelato we’ve ever had.
