Delicious food and guidance and selections, with friendly, professional and knowledgeable expertise! Luca guided us through Roman pizza, suppli, charcuterie, a pasta dinner and finally gelato to complete the tour. He was a pleasure to spend an evening with - and we now consider him a friend. Delicious food and beer and wine and company made for an excellent evening in Rome. Grazie Mille, Luca!!! We hope to see you again. Christiana was fantastic! She was warm, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience fun and authentic. We learned how to make real Italian pizza from scratch and the creamiest gelato, both delicious! The class was perfectly paced, hands-on, and filled with laughter.

We took part in a pasta and tiramisu workshop – and it was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was warm, fun, and full of good vibes. We met new people, laughed, enjoyed every moment, and learned how to make delicious Italian dishes. The chef, Cristina, was truly wonderful – funny, professional, patient, and full of infectious energy. She made the whole experience feel special.
