Culinary Experiences and Cooking Classes in Rome

Attended a pasta making class here through EF Ultimate break and it was amazing, instructors were very kind and funny!

Our group included ranged from 4 years old to 69 years old, and he was engaging and patient for us all. The food was delicious, and there was plenty of time to cook and to relax and enjoy the snacks/drinks they provided!

We had the most amazing experience! We were confused and went to the wrong location, but when we finally got to our destination, they were very welcoming and understanding of our confusion. They waited for us and made the whole evening very special! They did have to make the tiramisu ahead of time because we were late, but they explained to us how to make it and showed us the ingredients. Fabio was amazing. He was so kind, funny, entertaining and patient lol! We made two kinds of pasta (our choice) and it turned out amazing with Fabio's help. The tiramisu was amazing also! This activity is a must do and the place to do it is with this “in Rome cooking “organization. I actually believe I can make pasta when I get home.

Together we prepared a true Roman feast: handmade pasta stuffed with ricotta and mascarpone in a rich red sauce, perfectly seasoned meatballs (a highlight for my wife, Sandy), saltimbocca alla Romana (a personal favorite), a fresh salad topped with figs, and to finish, a decadent tiramisu. Every step was hands-on, and she balanced teaching us techniques with making the whole experience feel fun and relaxed. The food was absolutely delicious, but what really made the day special was Christiana herself—her knowledge, her patience, her humor, and the way she shared the heart of Roman cooking with us. Marco was our chef, and this was AMAZING! So patient and kind and fun with the kiddos and an incredible chef. Also the best pizza and gelato we’ve ever had.
