The Pope's Farm

A new extraordinary experience

The full day trip includes a visit to the Papal Palace, apartments and the elegant Barberini gardens, home to the ancient ruins of the emperor Domitian’s summer palace including the amphiteatre and museum showcasing the excavated statues.
This is a completely new and worthwhile way to experience the Vatican Museums, decongesting guests away from the centre of Rome and inviting them to the Roman countryside.

Luca was the best!!!!

Delicious food and guidance and selections, with friendly, professional and knowledgeable expertise! Luca guided us through Roman pizza, suppli, charcuterie, a pasta dinner and finally gelato to complete the tour. He was a pleasure to spend an evening with - and we now consider him a friend. Delicious food and beer and wine and company made for an excellent evening in Rome. Grazie Mille, Luca!!! We hope to see you again. We could not have asked for a better evening or a better companion/guide.

Thank you Marco!

We loved Marco and our pasta and tiramisu making class! He is a great chef and was amazing with our children. He was fun and patient and the food was delicious. We would highly recommend! Thank you, Marco!

This was a great experience. I've always dreamed of taking a cooking class in Italy. David was so patient with all of our questions and requests. He even took the time to explain the pros and cons of all the items we selected in the market. Each food course was super tasty. Who knew veal could taste thos good? I would recommend this as a group or even a private romantic class.

Absolutely incredible

If you’re looking for an unforgettable culinary experience in Rome, look no further than Christiana! She was absolutely incredible. From the very start, she made us feel like old friends as we walked through a local market together, handpicking the freshest ingredients—from vibrant produce to figs that tasted like candy. Back in the kitchen, she guided us with warmth, skill, and passion. Together we prepared a true Roman feast: handmade pasta stuffed with ricotta and mascarpone in a rich red sauce, perfectly seasoned meatballs (a highlight for my wife, Sandy), saltimbocca alla Romana (a personal favorite), a fresh salad topped with figs, and to finish, a decadent tiramisu. Every step was hands-on, and she balanced teaching us techniques with making the whole experience feel fun and relaxed. The food was absolutely delicious, but what really made the day special was Christiana herself—her knowledge, her patience, her humor, and the way she shared the heart of Roman cooking with us. This was so much more than a class; it was a memory we’ll carry with us forever. If you want an authentic, joyful, and delicious Roman cooking adventure, Christiana is the one to book. She’s simply the best!
