Delicious food and guidance and selections, with friendly, professional and knowledgeable expertise! Luca guided us through Roman pizza, suppli, charcuterie, a pasta dinner and finally gelato to complete the tour. He was a pleasure to spend an evening with - and we now consider him a friend. Delicious food and beer and wine and company made for an excellent evening in Rome. Grazie Mille, Luca!!! We hope to see you again. We celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary taking part in this wonderful cooking class experience! Our chef, Marco, met us in Campo de’ Fiori market where we bought the fresh ingredients to make our most delicious lunch! We made gelato, eggplant Parmesan, fresh spaghetti with carbonara sauce and chicken cacciatore! One of the best meals we have had so far and Marco was a wonderful chef to spend our anniversary with! Highly, Highly recommend this experience!

We took a cooking class with Alessandro today—my husband and I plus our three kids (16, 13, and 11)—and it was an absolute hit! We were joined by one other guest and spent three wonderful hours learning and cooking together in a calm, air-conditioned space (a perfect escape from the heat wave!). Alessandro was welcoming, knowledgeable, and great with both adults and kids. We made cacio e pepe, amatriciana, and homemade gelato (coffee and Nutella was the crowd favourite). Highly recommend this experience—fun, delicious, and memorable. Fingers crossed our cacio e pepe and gelato turn out just as good at home!
