Culinary Experiences and Cooking Classes in Rome

If you’re looking for an unforgettable culinary experience in Rome, look no further than Christiana! She was absolutely incredible. From the very start, she made us feel like old friends as we walked through a local market together, handpicking the freshest ingredients—from vibrant produce to figs that tasted like candy. Back in the kitchen, she guided us with warmth, skill, and passion. Together we prepared a true Roman feast: handmade pasta stuffed with ricotta and mascarpone in a rich red sauce, perfectly seasoned meatballs (a highlight for my wife, Sandy), saltimbocca alla Romana (a personal favorite), a fresh salad topped with figs, and to finish, a decadent tiramisu. Every step was hands-on, and she balanced teaching us techniques with making the whole experience feel fun and relaxed. The food was absolutely delicious, but what really made the day special was Christiana herself—her knowledge, her patience, her humor, and the way she shared the heart of Roman cooking with us. This was so much more than a class; it was a memory we’ll carry with us forever. If you want an authentic, joyful, and delicious Roman cooking adventure, Christiana is the one to book. We had a great time on our tour, thanks to our wonderful, knowledge and friendly guide, Tiziana. She gave us a real “taste” and feel of what Rome has to offer during our first night and first time in this amazing city. The porchetta appetizer at La Norcineria in Trastevere was a true highlight, capped off by the delicious meal we had at the end. All in all it was an awesome way to kick off our Italian adventure, leaving us hungry for more!

SO FUN!!! After 4 busy days in Rome this class and delicious dinner (that we made as a family) was my FAVORITE memory of this trip! Teacher/Chef Marco was so kind, fun and patient with all of us. Our kids had a blast teaming up on their tiramisu making, allowing Daddy and I to have a mini date on our end of the kitchen. I can’t recommend InRome Cooking Classes higher!
