Culinary Experiences and Cooking Classes in Rome

We took this tour the day we landed in Rome. We have taken precious food tours and wanted to do the same in Rome. Tiziana was our tour guide for the evening stroll. She was excellent combining local history, recommendations for local cuisine, and customs locals partake in. We started out with apertivos and drinks. Next we headed to taste some local pizza. Afterwards, we headed to dinner at a local restaurant and tried two different pasta dishes with wine. Excellent flavor and freshness of the ingredients. We then walked to a local spot to try some cheeses and wine with more history. We had a short walk to taste deep fried breaded Italian noodles and then suppli. Both were excellent but we were already very full. Lastly, we ended the tour with go course, gelato. The gelato was excellent cause of the the freshness of the ingredients. Thank you to Tiziana for her fun attitude and wealth of information making our tour one to remember.

Giulio was amazing. He was very informational and was intentional with making sure we learned as we cooked so we can make these recipe’s just as good at home! The atmosphere was very comfortable and welcoming and the food was delicious. Definitely a must try if you are looking for a fun night out and some great food.

My sons and I had the best morning cooking with Giulio! From getting the ingredients at the market to the step by step instructions through 3 courses he gave us tips on traditional cooking and how to put a recipe together. We all absolutely loved it and the food was delicious. Best carbonara we have had in Italy yet! I'm so glad we did this!!!

Giulio was absolutely fantastic! I cannot recommend enough! We started at the market to get our fresh ingredients. Then went to the school to cook! The food was amazing and learning to cook authentic Roman food was invaluable. Giulio’s teaching and sense of humor, made it unforgettable! 10 out of 10!

Amazing Experience! Marco was a fantastic cook and teacher, we enjoyed a lot and learn so many useful tricks. Cannot wait to be back and try a different course!
