Culinary Experiences and Cooking Classes in Rome

We attended the In Rome Cooking Class with our two best friends and were transported into an Italian kitchen to learn how to prepare the famous Rome style pizza and true Italian gelato through our amazing and very talented Chef, Marco Passaro. This young, very talented and experienced teacher was incredibly knowledgeable, personable and entertaining. The four of us learned proper techniques and knowledge of all ingredients used in the preparation of our meal. Passaro and his team proved to be exemplary in the delivery of knowledge and technique and we would definitely return to Passaro for additional classes. For us, this was an exceptional experience and look forward to our next visit to Rome and to the In Rome Cooking Class. Grazie Mille to Chef Passaro and team.

Such an amazing experience with David. Started with shopping in the market where he provided options and explained the food choices. Easy walk to the cooking school which was wonderful inside. Step by step he guided but let us take the reins in the cooking process. The staff beyond David were professional, friendly and approachable! The end result was an amazing meal that we felt confident that we could reproduce at home. I can’t recommend this experience enough.

Delicious food and guidance and selections, with friendly, professional and knowledgeable expertise! Luca guided us through Roman pizza, suppli, charcuterie, a pasta dinner and finally gelato to complete the tour. He was a pleasure to spend an evening with - and we now consider him a friend. Delicious food and beer and wine and company made for an excellent evening in Rome. Grazie Mille, Luca!!! We hope to see you again. Triple 5-star! Ilaria was the best. Tour guide, food guide and aficionado and genuinely warm and friendly. Would recommend to anyone to do this tour.

Maurizio is a treasure. He is knowledgeable, personable, and just fun to be with. We had a wonderful night and it feels like he customized the tour just for us. Chin! Chin!
