Our expert chefs will teach you how to make the perfect slice in one of our two cooking schools located in the Roman historic center. From kneading the dough to perfecting the sauce, we’ll walk you through the ins and outs of crafting a Roman pizza. Choose between pizza bianca or rossa and customize your own toppings to make a crusty creation like no other. Our chefs only use in-season ingredients, ensuring your pizza is fresher than an Italian breeze. Cleanse your palate with refreshing gelato Don’t forget to save room for dessert!
