In our Pizza Making and Gelato class you will learn to make two of Italy’s most iconic creations. We’ll let you in on the secrets to both including that age old question: What is the difference between gelato and ice-cream?

Why spend your time in Rome hunting down your perfect pizza or gelato when you can make both yourself. We'll cook up a storm either in our 17th century palazzo behind Piazza Navona or our brand new cooking school a stone's throw away from the Pantheon.

We'll make you feel at home by serving you local wine, prosecco, and snacks upon your arrival. Then, you'll learn to make Italian gelato and pizza in a elegant, historical setting.

This fun class is great for families and friends. With our English-speaking Italian chef, you'll learn the techniques of kneading the all-important pizza dough, as Italians have been doing for two centuries. Just don't tell him pizza was created in Naples and not Rome!

What to adorn your pizza with? Have fun choosing between deliciously salty Italian prosciutto or wonderfully fruity black olives. Decide if you want to keep things simple by making pizza  ‘bianca’ without sauce, or add a rich tomato sauce for a pizza ‘rosso’.

Enjoy your pizza and gelato make for a satisfying early evening treat, with local wines and antipasti.
