Hands-on Pasta Making Class & Gelato - LUNCH SESSION | Shared

A small group cooking class may be exactly the kind of intimate experience you would like to punctuate your Roman trip with. Spend three hours with an expert English-speaking chef- who has the skills to teach and work with any demographic- and learn how to make some classic Italian pasta dishes! Your workspace will either be in a stunning 17th Century Palazzo next to Piazza Navona or a sleek and stylish cooking school just a stone’s throw from the Pantheon. Here, you will learn to put together a beautiful meal of fresh pasta and sumptuous gelato to follow after. 

Does gelato trump pasta?

We're just kidding, we would never make you choose between the two. However, we will start our cooking session 'backwards'. After a warm welcome with  prosecco and an antipasti to break the ice, we will dive straight into preparing our gelato first! You can choose the flavors of the gelato you would like to whip up, which will only used the freshest of ingredients and no artificial flavors!

As we set our gelato aside to cool, we will roll up our sleeves and get ready to mix, knead, roll and shape our fresh pasta! Our  hands dusted and coated in flour will be put to good use whilst our awareness and gratitude for this classic, very Italian moment will increase. We will then combine our carefully crafted pasta with the flavors of the season and locality; the end result could be twangy cacio e pepe, creamy carbonara, or saucy amatriciana! 

Time for a well-deserved homemade meal

The only thing left in this cooking class is to fill up on your very own Italian classics! Sit down to dine in a gorgeous setting, pair your pasta dish with a drink from our selection of red or white wines and soft drinks. The velvety gelato will then leave our freezers and make an appearance in that dining room for you to enjoy. There is nothing that seems more heavenly than gelato bursting with flavor and melting onto our taste buds!
