The class takes place in one of InRome Cooking’s exclusive venues: either our 17th-century palazzo just behind Piazza Navona or our modern kitchen a short stroll from the Pantheon. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a chilled glass of Prosecco and a spread of traditional Italian antipasti. The elegant surroundings, filled with the aroma of fresh ingredients and the hum of conversation, set the perfect tone for a true Roman cooking experience.
The lesson begins with one of Italy’s most beloved desserts—tiramisù. The chef guides participants step by step through the traditional recipe, from preparing silky mascarpone cream to soaking ladyfingers in rich espresso. Learn how to balance sweetness and texture, and discover the little secrets that make this dessert so irresistible. By the end, everyone has a perfectly layered tiramisù ready to chill while moving on to the savory portion of the class.
Next comes the heart of Italian home cooking: fresh pasta from scratch.
