The class takes place in one of InRome Cooking’s exclusive venues: either our 17th-century palazzo just behind Piazza Navona or our modern kitchen a short stroll from the Pantheon. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a chilled glass of Prosecco and a spread of traditional Italian antipasti. The elegant surroundings, filled with the aroma of fresh ingredients and the hum of conversation, set the perfect tone for a true Roman cooking experience.

The chef guides participants step by step through the traditional recipe, from preparing silky mascarpone cream to soaking ladyfingers in rich espresso. Such an amazing experience with David. Started with shopping in the market where he provided options and explained the food choices. Easy walk to the cooking school which was wonderful inside. Step by step he guided but let us take the reins in the cooking process. The staff beyond David were professional, friendly and approachable! The end result was an amazing meal that we felt confident that we could reproduce at home. I can’t recommend this experience enough.

We had the most amazing experience! We were confused and went to the wrong location, but when we finally got to our destination, they were very welcoming and understanding of our confusion. They waited for us and made the whole evening very special! They did have to make the tiramisu ahead of time because we were late, but they explained to us how to make it and showed us the ingredients. Fabio was amazing. He was so kind, funny, entertaining and patient lol! We made two kinds of pasta (our choice) and it turned out amazing with Fabio's help. The tiramisu was amazing also! This activity is a must do and the place to do it is with this “in Rome cooking “organization. I actually believe I can make pasta when I get home.
