Ready to head home but don’t want to give up Italy’s iconic pizza? Our expert chefs will teach you how to make the perfect slice in one of our two cooking schools located in the Roman historic center.

From kneading the dough to perfecting the sauce, we’ll walk you through the ins and outs of crafting a Roman pizza. Choose between pizza bianca or rossa and customize your own toppings to make a crusty creation like no other.

Our chefs only use in-season ingredients, ensuring your pizza is fresher than an Italian breeze.

Cleanse your palate with refreshing gelato
Don’t forget to save room for dessert! Once you’ve finished creating (and eating!) your pizza, you’ll head downstairs for a post-meal stroll, gelato included. Sip an espresso and watch your lazy Roman evening go by, knowing you’ve found the secret to the dolce far niente lifestyle.

Amazing authentic experience Such an amazing class! We did the shared Pizza & Gelato making class. This was one of our favourite things we did in Italy! We did it with our children (4&7yrs of age). We also ended up paired with another lovely family with children the same age. It was such a fun evening!
The instructor was amazing, he encouraged the kids to do everything on their own. There was so much fun & laughter. Everything was perfectly organized. The food turned out amazing. We can't wait to recreate the recipes now that we are back home! We did this on our last night in Rome and it was a perfect ending to our trip.

A Wonderful Roman Experience We (party of 4 including grandparents and teenager) took a class in pasta making with 3 sauces. It was very interesting but also very fun. A very relaxed atmosphere and a wonderful teacher/chef in Giulio. The lesson is the first part and at the end we sat and ate our dishes - much more food than we needed, of course. Just wonderful!

Superb way to end our Italian journey. I would give it a 10 if possible. Favio was an excellent teacher. His explanations were easy to follow and a good overview of the dishes. The final outcome was the best we've had after 11 days including other Italian cities. Perfect activity!
