Culinary Experiences and Cooking Classes in Rome

What a great evening we had with the best tour guide Elisabetta, she was so kind and friendly, also very knowledgeable about the history and eateries in the area we toured Trastavere. I would highly recommend this tour for the evening for family dinner, fun, drinks and dessert. We had such a great time walking local neighborhood, visiting churches, local stores, restaurants and ending with the best Gelato. We ate everything the town had to offer and it was delicious. Christiana was fantastic! She was warm, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience fun and authentic. We learned how to make real Italian pizza from scratch and the creamiest gelato, both delicious! The class was perfectly paced, hands-on, and filled with laughter.

We (group of 4 people including grandparents and teenager) took a pasta class with 3 sauces. It was very interesting but also a lot of fun. A very relaxed atmosphere and a wonderful teacher/chef in Giulio. The class is the first part and at the end we sat down and ate our plates - much more food than we needed, of course. Simply wonderful!

We celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary taking part in this wonderful cooking class experience! Our chef, Marco, met us in Campo de’ Fiori market where we bought the fresh ingredients to make our most delicious lunch! We made gelato, eggplant Parmesan, fresh spaghetti with carbonara sauce and chicken cacciatore! One of the best meals we have had so far and Marco was a wonderful chef to spend our anniversary with!

Cristiana was so kind, knowledgeable and thoughtful. She accommodated our allergies, our tastes and interests. Five stars- so delighted with this class. Food was the best we had in Rome. Loved every minute
