From getting the ingredients at the market to the step by step instructions through 3 courses he gave us tips on traditional cooking and how to put a recipe together. We all absolutely loved it and the food was delicious. Best carbonara we have had in Italy yet! I'm so glad we did this!!!

Fun cooking experience in Rome

The experience from start to finish was fantastic. We met some nice people. The chefs were friendly, engaging and really knew their stuff. Giulio was wonderful and easily accommodated my food allergies. And the results were delicious!!! I highly recommend taking this class. You won't be disappointed.
