He even took the time to explain the pros and cons of all the items we selected in the market. Each food course was super tasty. Who knew veal could taste thos good? Together we prepared a true Roman feast: handmade pasta stuffed with ricotta and mascarpone in a rich red sauce, perfectly seasoned meatballs (a highlight for my wife, Sandy), saltimbocca alla Romana (a personal favorite), a fresh salad topped with figs, and to finish, a decadent tiramisu. Every step was hands-on, and she balanced teaching us techniques with making the whole experience feel fun and relaxed.
