Giulio was amazing! Excellent experience from start to finish. The market was filled with sights and sounds. Beautiful food, flowers, and treats. The kitchen at the InRome classroom was clean and fun atmosphere. So much food to taste and recipes and memories to take home. 10/10 experience.

He made sure everyone felt comfortable and confident in the kitchen, and the result was not only a delicious meal but a truly enriching experience. I got to experience firsthand how to make my favourite Roman sauces: cacio Pepe, carbonara, amatriciana and an extra aglio olio. We also made the pastas: spaghetti, fettuccini and strozzopreti 😳. Giulio our chef was knowledgeable, passionate and entertaining. The kitchen was excellent. It was great. I’m going back next time for pizza. Oh. I almost forgot. We made the best tiramisu ever!
