Culinary Experiences and Cooking Classes in Rome

David was an amazing teacher and helped us not only make an excellent meal, but explained the why behind his choices of ingredients at the market (picking the fresh food) as well as in the kitchen (with different cooking techniques. Definite highlight of our trip.

Delicious food and guidance and selections, with friendly, professional and knowledgeable expertise! Luca guided us through Roman pizza, suppli, charcuterie, a pasta dinner and finally gelato to complete the tour. He was a pleasure to spend an evening with - and we now consider him a friend. Delicious food and beer and wine and company made for an excellent evening in Rome. Grazie Mille, Luca!!! We hope to see you again. We had the most amazing experience! We were confused and went to the wrong location, but when we finally got to our destination, they were very welcoming and understanding of our confusion. They waited for us and made the whole evening very special! They did have to make the tiramisu ahead of time because we were late, but they explained to us how to make it and showed us the ingredients. Fabio was amazing. He was so kind, funny, entertaining and patient lol! We made two kinds of pasta (our choice) and it turned out amazing with Fabio's help. The tiramisu was amazing also! This activity is a must do and the place to do it is with this “in Rome cooking “organization. I actually believe I can make pasta when I get home.
