Culinary Experiences and Cooking Classes in Rome

Attended a pasta making class here through EF Ultimate break and it was amazing, instructors were very kind and funny!

Such an amazing experience with David. Started with shopping in the market where he provided options and explained the food choices. Easy walk to the cooking school which was wonderful inside. Step by step he guided but let us take the reins in the cooking process. The staff beyond David were professional, friendly and approachable! The end result was an amazing meal that we felt confident that we could reproduce at home. I can’t recommend this experience enough.

Our group included ranged from 4 years old to 69 years old, and he was engaging and patient for us all. The food was delicious, and there was plenty of time to cook and to relax and enjoy the snacks/drinks they provided!

The experience from start to finish was fantastic. We met some nice people. The chefs were friendly, engaging and really knew their stuff. Giulio was wonderful and easily accommodated my food allergies. And the results were delicious!!! I highly recommend taking this class. You won't be disappointed.

David was an amazing teacher and helped us not only make an excellent meal, but explained the why behind his choices of ingredients at the market (picking the fresh food) as well as in the kitchen (with different cooking techniques. Definite highlight of our trip.
