Culinary Experiences and Cooking Classes in Rome

Our pizza/gelato private class was our favorite experience in Italy! Marco was so personable and full of knowledge! Our lunch was fabulous and they even sang HBD to our daughter! We will cherish this memory forever

We had a great time! Jiulio was excellent. We brought our 8-year-old and our 5-year-old, and they really enjoyed it. I would recommend for families.

The chef instructor was very kind and patient to show us all of the techniques. The kitchen was spotless and equipped with large cooking counter. We arrived and they prepared a welcome snack with bruschetta add eggplant which was delicious we were offered wine drinks. The olive oil was delicious. The gelato and pizza that we made was very delicious. We were able to enjoy what we made and the host made us feel so welcomed.

From the very start, she made us feel like old friends as we walked through a local market together, handpicking the freshest ingredients—from vibrant produce to figs that tasted like candy. Back in the kitchen, she guided us with warmth, skill, and passion. Together we prepared a true Roman feast: handmade pasta stuffed with ricotta and mascarpone in a rich red sauce, perfectly seasoned meatballs (a highlight for my wife, Sandy), saltimbocca alla Romana (a personal favorite), a fresh salad topped with figs, and to finish, a decadent tiramisu. Every step was hands-on, and she balanced teaching us techniques with making the whole experience feel fun and relaxed. The food was absolutely delicious, but what really made the day special was Christiana herself—her knowledge, her patience, her humor, and the way she shared the heart of Roman cooking with us. Hands down, the best experience in Rome! We thoroughly enjoyed our pizza making class with Chef Guilio. He is very knowledgeable and delightful. He shared his passion for cooking and gave us local insight to Rome. The dining room is beautiful. They truly make you feel welcome and go over and beyond. I was wonderfully surprised with the experience at such a low cost! I highly recommend.
