The Pope's Farm

A new extraordinary experience

The full day trip includes a visit to the Papal Palace, apartments and the elegant Barberini gardens, home to the ancient ruins of the emperor Domitian’s summer palace including the amphiteatre and museum showcasing the excavated statues.
This is a completely new and worthwhile way to experience the Vatican Museums, decongesting guests away from the centre of Rome and inviting them to the Roman countryside.

Absolutely incredible

If you’re looking for an unforgettable culinary experience in Rome, look no further than Christiana! She was absolutely incredible. From the very start, she made us feel like old friends as we walked through a local market together, handpicking the freshest ingredients—from vibrant produce to figs that tasted like candy. Back in the kitchen, she guided us with warmth, skill, and passion. Together we prepared a true Roman feast: handmade pasta stuffed with ricotta and mascarpone in a rich red sauce, perfectly seasoned meatballs (a highlight for my wife, Sandy), saltimbocca alla Romana (a personal favorite), a fresh salad topped with figs, and to finish, a decadent tiramisu. Every step was hands-on, and she balanced teaching us techniques with making the whole experience feel fun and relaxed. The food was absolutely delicious, but what really made the day special was Christiana herself—her knowledge, her patience, her humor, and the way she shared the heart of Roman cooking with us. This was so much more than a class; it was a memory we’ll carry with us forever. If you want an authentic, joyful, and delicious Roman cooking adventure, Christiana is the one to book. She’s simply the best!

Was a great way to kick off our Honeymoon. The whole experience was very high quality. The meal was as good as any high end restaurant. Quality ingredients, quality instructor, quality outcome. We loved being able to experience the local market to shop for our fresh ingredients and see our food come to life in the kitchen. David was an amazing chef. He was attentive and patient. Having a history of working in a Michelin restaurant, his attention to detail and little tricks he teaches are exactly the reason we love taking coming classes when we travel. Would highly recommend the experience!

I highly recommend this experience.

We have had a very special cooking experience with Miguela, including shopping for our meal at the market. Miguela was lovely, professional and knowledgeable and patient explaining any questions. The location was great with a beautiful kitchen and dining room. I highly recommend this experience.

Great for families with young children

We had a great time! Jiulio was excellent. We brought our 8-year-old and our 5-year-old, and they really enjoyed it. I would recommend for families.
