From hands-on pasta and pizza classes to market-to-table and team-building experiences, we create warm, memorable moments around the table for guests from all over the world.
Our team is made up of chefs, guides, coordinators and hosts - passionate, professional people who live and love Roman and Italian culinary culture. We run classes and private events in our historic cooking schools in the heart of Rome, as well as in our unique school inside the Papal Residence at Castel Gandolfo.
