Tour Description

Trastevere may seem youthful, but it’s as eternal as Rome itself.  Experience everything Trastevere has to offer  Stroll through this timeless neighborhood while enjoying typical Roman street food, from pizza al taglio to suppli. Take in the scenic view of the Tevere on this shared tour while breathing in that refreshing Italian air in between sips of a chilled glass of bubbly.  Transform farm-fresh ingredients into decadent pasta  Worried you’ll miss Italian cuisine when back home? Don’t be! Our expert chefs will teach you how to prepare fresh pasta dishes like cacio e pepe and carbonara at one of our two cooking schools tucked into the windy Roman historic center streets. With these skills, you can relive the tastes of your Italian vacation anywhere, anytime.  We only use the freshest, in-season, ingredients, transporting you to a quaint Italian farm with each bite.  Enjoy the sweeter things in life After you’ve devoured your creation, you’ll follow your guide back through the streets of Rome for dolci and, if you’re lucky, a classic Italian cafe. Wander the majestic Colosseum with a mouth-watering gelato in-hand and come to understand the dolce far niente lifestyle that Italy is so well known for. This class has no more than 12 people per chef.
