Gelato & Italian Biscotti Masterclass | Private

Our gelato and Italian biscotti class is an authentic Italian experience where you will learn how to make your very own gelato & biscotti or tiramisù from scratch. This family-friendly class is led by our energetic English-speaking chef and held in either our 17th-century palazzo around the corner from Piazza Navona or our brand new cooking school a stone’s throw away from the Pantheon.

Perfect for kids and adults, locals and visitors, this cooking class is all about “la dolce vita.” You will have the amazing opportunity to customize and create classic Italian gelato with your favorite flavors. One scoop or two? Choose from a selection of seasonal fresh fruit, like Tuscan strawberries or lemons from Sorrento, deep-green pistachios, high-quality dark chocolate from Perugia, or the timeless crowd-pleaser, Nutella.

While your gelato is freezing, you’ll learn how to make either Italian biscotti, the perfect partner to gelato, or the most quintessential Italian dessert: the fabulously rich tiramisù.

Craving an authentic Italian experience?  This class is a much more satisfying experience than simply visiting a gelateria in Rome. Best of all, we will send you the recipes afterwards so your kids can continue to make gelato at home. What fun!

5 stars! We had a fantastic experience at our cooking class. Simon was friendly, knowledgeable, and had us smiling the entire time. Not to mention, the meal he helped us prepare was delightful. Highly recommend this experience to anyone else!

Great for families with young children We had a great time! Jiulio was excellent. We brought our 8-year-old and our 5-year-old, and they really enjoyed it. I would recommend for families.
