Our pizza masterclass will teach you all the tricks to make your own Roman-style pizza from scratch so you can crown yourself the king or queen of dinner parties by showing off this skill back home.
Our hands-on shared pizza masterclass takes place in Rome's historic center, either at our flagship 17th century palazzo just around the corner from Piazza Navona or in our sleek and stylish new cooking school a stone's throw from the Pantheon.
Stepping through the doors of one of our two esteemed cooking schools, you'll be greeted with a prosecco and antipasti reception. We want you to feel completely chilled out before we turn up the heat in the kitchen as we start rolling out our home-made dough.
Under the expert guidance of your professional English-speaking pizzaiolo (pizza maestro), you'll be initiated into the secret art of creating the perfect Roman-style pizza, starting with the dough.
After creating, kneading, and rolling out the dough, you get to choose the toppings. We only use the finest, freshest ingredients for you to adorn and decorate your pizzas. What we source from the market depends on the season, so you can create an authentic pizza that reflects the time of year.
So whether you're seeking out a salty selection of salami, a handful of earthy mushrooms, or even some fruity figs or prosciutto, we've got it all. After adding your toppings, pop your pizza in the oven and enjoy that fresh, bready smell as it quickly bakes.
