Why spend your time in Rome hunting down your perfect pizza or gelato when you can make both in the unqiue comfort of a palazzo behind piazza navona? All the while we want you to feel at home in the school through servings of local apetizers, wine and prosecco. With InRomeCooking learn to make Italian gelato and pizza in a elegant, historical setting. Our guests are always welcomed with drinks and antipasti.
This fun class is great for families and friends. With our English-speaking Italian chef, learn the techniques of kneading the all-important pizza dough, as Italians have been doing for two centuries. Just don't tell him pizza was created in Naples and not Rome!
What to adorn your pizza with? Have fun choosing between deliciously salty Italian prosciutto or wonderfully fruity black olives. Decide if you want to keep things simple ‘bianca’ without sauce, or add a rich tomato sauce for a pizza ‘rosso’.
Recommended as a late afternoon class, as pizza and gelato make for a satisfying early evening treat, with local wines and antipasti.
