The choice is yours- there is deservedly popular Positano or the smaller towns of Minori, Maiori, Cetara and Vietri. Shop, bath in the sun and drop into a bar for a refreshing shot of limoncello.

Then onto discover another spectacle: how pasta is made. Gragnano is a Campania village celebrated worldwide for their pasta made with durum wheat. Discover how it is made: the techniques and the artisans who have been making it for years.

With our tour you will gain insight into the secrets of making perfect pasta dough, from selecting the best ingredients, to shaping and cutting the dough with authentic bronze pasta cutting knives.
