Our Rome for Foodies tour will introduce you to the best food and wine Rome has to offer. Starting in Campo de ’Fiori market, Rome’s historic food market, your culinary adventure will begin.
In a historic bakery, you will see how Rome’s particular ‘Taglio al Forno’ is made. Choose from the array of strips of pizza adorned with seasonal and local toppings. Also discover the delicious Roman treat that is suppli: fried rice balls oozing with mozzarella cheese. There will also be tastings of salami and cheese in Rome's most exquisite delis.
Then onto a 17th century palazzo, behind Piazza Navona, to learn the artisanal craft of fresh pasta making with a professional chef. You will enjoy the fresh pasta you have prepared as an elegant lunch under a beautiful frescoed ceiling. To finish their will be a hot shot of espresso, Tiramisù or gelato and a naughty limoncello!
